The Exploitation module is made up of a set of reports for the statistical analysis of data, excluding official reports, such as the Unified Data Register of Local Entities (RUDEL) or the reports of the ICD (Catalan Women's Institute), which can be found in the Reports module.

The lists are grouped by module. For example, to carry out an analysis of some aspect of the Basic Social Services files, it will be necessary to use the lists available in the folder of this module. The configured lists are the result of the demand initially detected by the ABSSs themselves. When the need arises to carry out a specific analysis, the professional must look for if there is any among the existing lists that provides the necessary data. Otherwise, they must make a specific request to the support service through the float available in the tool, to create a specific one that resolves these needs. The lists created are available to any professional when they are added to the list of definitive lists (if they are considered to be repeated requests by many ABSS users).

Data exploitation is available to any user of the application, the only limitations are those inherent to data access according to the role and territorial permissions held:

  • Data exploitation by professional : the consultation will be limited to data linked to the professional himself, with the exception of the roles of Coordinator and superiors who have access to the data of any professional.
  • Data exploitation by Sector : the consultation will be limited to the sectors assigned to each professional, except for the roles of Coordinator and superiors who will be able to consult any sector, or all simultaneously.

Some Exploitation lists, once generated, are received in the email of the professional who requested them after a few minutes, asynchronously. This email includes the link from which the list can be downloaded and the password to access it, which is valid for 72 hours. Once this period has passed, the list will be deleted and it will be necessary to request it again, if necessary.

Initially, the asynchronous generation of listings is limited to two listings, but this measure is planned to be expanded to improve the experience of professionals and the management of available resources:

  • Calendar appointments by professional
  • Active people with an open SSB file
