No certificates were found pending download with this data.

Review the data entered:

  • Type of identification document
  • Identity document number
  • Country of issue (in case of ID card from other countries and Passport)
  • Management code
  • Personal code

Be careful with capitalization.

If the data entered is correct, you may have already downloaded the idCAT Certificate (only one download is possible). In this case, we recommend that you look at the article "where is my idCAT Certificate" .

Your certificate has already been downloaded.

If the system gives this message, it is because the idCAT Certificate has already been downloaded. For security reasons, the idCAT Certificate can only be downloaded once, but you can install it as many times as you need and on different devices.

In this case, you will need to locate the idCAT Certificate file (We explain how to find it in "where is my idCAT Certificate?") . Subsequently, you will need to install it to use it.

The code or password entered is invalid.

At the Registration Entity, when you request the idCAT Certificate,   They make you enter a personal code that only you know. This code cannot be recovered.   To obtain a new one, you will have to go to the idCAT Registration Entity to request a new issuance.

The management code is found on the delivery sheet and in the email received with the instructions for downloading and installing the certificate. It is a set of characters, check the uppercase and lowercase letters.

Note: If you obtained the certified idCAT before September 13, 2023, you will find this code with the name " download code ".

There was an error issuing the certificate.

This error can appear for several reasons. Contact us and we will review your specific case.

It was not possible to download your certificate at this time.

If you see this error, clear your browser's cookies and cache and try again.

If the error persists, try downloading with another browser or from private browsing to prevent the browser from replicating the error stored in memory.

Finally, try changing your internet network, for example, by sharing data from your mobile phone.
