It is the space reserved for the organization of the teams of the Basic Area of Social Services from the Settings icon.
Professionals are distributed in teams according to the functional and territorial organizational needs of the Basic Area. In the user configuration section, the “Teams” tab shows all the registered teams. The team data can be consulted by clicking directly on the team you want to consult. The “Delete” button is used to delete the team.
To delete a team you will need to click on the symbol .
To create a new team, users with an administrator profile simply click on the “Add” button, enter the team name and check the boxes corresponding to the sectors to which it should be linked. Subsequently, in the adjacent tab, the professionals who will be part of the team are chosen.
It should be noted that changes to a team's territorial affiliations may subsequently affect professionals' accessibility to some data in the files or agenda. Similarly, before deleting a team, it is necessary to assess the possible impact on the access permissions of the users who were part of it.
