With the intention of facilitating the professional users of Hestia to improve the quality of the data collected, the following alert module has been created. These alerts are visible to the coordinator of all members of their team, to the professional responsible for the file that generates it or to all professionals with access to the specific file, as the case may be.
From each of the lines shown in the alerts, you can directly access the file that generates it. Each professional has a small specific module for configuring these alerts, from where you can mark or unmark those that you consider of interest. The global calculation of these alerts is made throughout the day, so an alert that is updated or that no longer meets the requirements to be displayed will not appear again in the list of alerts.
The 8 available Alerts are:
- Expired Intervention Plans : appears to the referring professional of an open file that contains an Intervention Plan that has not been closed and has exceeded its expiration date. It stops appearing when the Plan or file is closed.
- Expired resources granted : appears to the referring professional if the file is open. Initially, this alert was only displayed for two of the most common resources (telecare 1.1.2.2. and Guaranteed Citizen Income (formerly RMI) 2.1.13.), but now it is displayed for all existing resources that meet the specified conditions. Once the professional “closes” these warnings from the alert view, that specific resource will not be displayed again, neither to the professional nor to the coordinator.
- Pre-assigned resources from more than a month ago : is displayed whenever the resource meets the criteria specified in the title. Once the resource is denied or granted, the alert stops being displayed. It will also stop appearing when the file is closed or the person is transferred and placed in successful status.
- Files without activity for 1 year : shows all open files that have not registered any activity for a full year (no actions, no resources, problems, etc.).
- Expired pending appointments: allows you to review appointments from the last few weeks (configurable from Coordination at the ABSS level) in the agenda with citizens that have not been changed to the status of completed, "not in attendance",... If they remain in the "pending" status, these appointments are not taken into account in any count. This alert disappears as soon as the appointment changes status or exceeds the number of days configured.
- New documents added to files for which I am a reference : this notification is received when a colleague from the same team or with permission to the files for which the professional is a reference (administrative technicians, etc.) has added a document to the document manager, using the “Documents” tab, that may be of interest for monitoring the file. This alert disappears when it is deleted from the same list.
- Pending tasks : shown to professionals who have been linked to the task when it was created. Tasks can be from the files of the teams/sectors, to which they have access, whether or not they are the referring professional. Administrative technicians can also manage them. The purpose of this reminder is to reinforce the supervision of an essential task for the good treatment or monitoring of people, whether we intervene directly with them or not, etc. This alert disappears when the task is closed from the file.
Modified files for which I am a reference: it serves to inform the professional referring to a file of the movements or changes that may have occurred to it by other professionals in the work team.
