If you have the idCAT Certificate issued with NIE and obtain the DNI/NIF, you must go to an idCAT Registration Entity to request the revocation and reissuance of your certificate in order to modify your identification document that appears on your idCAT Certificate.

To carry out this management at the idCAT Registration Entity, you will need to provide:

  • The civil registry certificate (which shows the registration for the acquisition of nationality).
  • The new identity document (NIF)
