How can I modify my idCAT Mobile data?

Important if you have changed your ID document

To change the identity document associated with your mobile idCAT ( for example from NIE to DNI ) you will have to go in person to request deregistration from a mobile idCAT Registration Entity and later you will be able to process the registration with the new document.

The way to modify the data will vary depending on whether or not you have access to the mobile number with which you registered for idCAT Mobile.

Once inside you can modify the following data:

• Mobile number

• Email address

• Expiration date (Only editable if you have registered with the advanced security level)

I don't have access to the mobile number I registered with.

If you do not have access to the mobile phone you used to register, follow the steps according to your situation:

• A person I know has my mobile phone associated with idCAT Mòbil and I can't register
• A person I don't know has my mobile phone associated with idCAT Mòbil and I can't register
• I am registered with an old mobile phone that I no longer use and I need to modify my idCAT Mòbil.

You can also do any of these procedures in person, consult the idCAT Mobile Registration Entities of the Generalitat de Catalunya (OAC's of the Generalitat) where you can make the modification immediately.
