User type: archivist
The transfer information packages generated by internal users will remain in the a l'pre-entry area (provided their status is “authorized pre-entry”) waiting for the corresponding l'archiver to proceed with their definitive entry.

L'archiver, through the entry functionality available to him, will proceed a l'enter the PITs that are deposited a l'pre-entry area o or a amend-them.
Entry of an authorized pre-entry
- If everything is correct, the platform will proceed to a l'enter the PIT a . L'archivist can choose more than one PIT a at a time i it is essential that l'the status of the pre-entry is “authorized pre-entry”. To do this, simply select the pre-entry in the “authorized pre-entry” status i click the “Entry” button

- A then a pop-up appears:
- Once the archivist has completed the PIT entry action, the pre-entry status changes to “pre-entry in progress,” indicating that the PIT is being processed.

- If everything went correctly, the pre-entry changes to a l'status “entry made” i l'internal user i/o archivist can know l'identifier that the information package has within l'archive by clicking a the + icon.

Amendment of an authorized pre-entry
- If any error is detected, you can reject the l'entry, indicating the reason. In this case, the PIT will remain in the rejected status.

Deleting an authorized pre-entry
- If any o error is detected that does not meet the necessary requirements, the PIT may be deleted.
