User type: any administrator user and internal users with query permissions

The consultation and visualization module is the one that allows the consultation, retrieval and visualization of archive information packages stored on the iARXIU platform, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations on access that affects said documents by system users and third parties.

When consulting the PIAs, we can differentiate between a basic search and an advanced search. The basic search is performed on the metadata common to all the packages defined by the platform, and the advanced search is performed on the specific metadata of the packages according to the vocabularies used in the templates that were used when entering.

Other features are also included such as:

  • Search PIA by basic package metadata or by metadata for specific vocabularies.
  • View the list of results and the possibility of exporting them to Excel.
  • Consult and access the metadata of the PIA or view the content of the files that are part of the PIA
  • Download the Consultation Information Package (PIC) in ZIP format, metadata only or download URL
  • Download evidence report
  • Online document conversion
  • Download authentic copy
  • View PIA action history
  • View access history (only visible to the archivist and administrator roles)
