The action records include the documentary traces of the most common operations carried out on the iARXIU platform by the different users in order to record i tracea of these events, a for audit purposes.
These action records are automatically generated by the iARXIU i platform. The types of events/actions recorded are the following:
- Income
- Migration
- Sealed
- Consistency
- Transfer
- Removal:
- Total elimination
- Partial elimination
- Selective emptying
- Chronological sampling
- Binaries removal
- Restoration
- Conservation
- Import
Note:
L'entity administrator can only consult the shares of his entity i of his linked funds
L'fund administrator i archivist can only consult the shares of the fund he is managing
Check the share register
When the ladministrator user queries the share register, the system shows in table form all the operations carried out on the PIAs, up to a maximum of a 1000 shares. If this maximum is exceeded, the platform will show the 1000 most recent shares.

Filter o search for actions
To facilitate searches, administrators can filter by clicking a “Filter”

The fields to search are as follows:
- We i documentary background
- Sdocumentary series
- PIA identifier
- Data from the PIT itself: núfile number, opening date, closing date, producer name, production unit.
- Action:
- Entry, migration, sealing, consistency, transfer, elimination, restoration, preservation o import
- For l'deletion action it is possible to select the action subtype: total, partial, selective emptying, chronological sampling, o binary deletion.

Generation of the stock register list
From the results list, l'administrator has the possibility to create a report in Excel format. This is generated at the time of request-and i is downloaded to the client's browser. The data displayed are those shown in the a list plus those specific to the PIA:
