User profile: archivist
This functionality allows you to manage the registration of internal users (non-administrator users), as well as their assignment to user groups, necessary to model access policies.

When you click a “View users-groups” the platform shows the set of users who have been added i registered to the documentary collection being managed.

Add existing user
When you click the “add user” button, a screen loads where all the users registered a l'ens appear. If the l'user you want to register in the documentary collection already appears, you only need to select-lo i click the “Accept” button.

Register a new user
However, if the user is not registered with the organization, they can be added by clicking the “New User” button. The following screen allows you to register using your digital certificate by directly filling in the user details:

Associate a user a a group
This option allows internal users of the a documentary collection to be added to certain groups.

L'the previous list shows a the top part all the users of the documentary collection. A the bottom part shows the user groups that have been created in the collection.
To add a user to a group, simply select the group(s) you want to associate with and click the “Apply” button:

With the “Add group” button you can create a new group:
