If the user does not have this information, the system will not allow them to send anything. To resolve this issue, it is necessary to inform the user to whom we wanted to send the e-Valisa that their email address is not reported in the Corporate Directory, and that they will have to ask whoever manages GICAR in their department or organization, whether it is the human resources unit or the SAU, to report this information to the relevant personnel management environment: GIP/SIP or GDI, since this information passes from these environments to the Corporate Directory.
