To configure the service's participatory processes, click on Processes in the Control Panel . A list of existing processes will appear (Figure 1).

For each of the processes, the creation date is shown, whether it is published or not, and the following actions can be performed by clicking on the corresponding icons: duplicate the process, configure it and preview how it will look once published.

You can edit information about processes by clicking the Configure icon or by clicking on the process name.

To create a new process, click Duplicate or New/Go in the Participatory Processes submenu or in the upper right part of the window (Figure 2).

The screen opens where you must enter general information about the process (Figure 3). The process configuration (phases, users, functionalities, etc.) is done through the process submenu, which appears when you click on a process in the process list screen (Figure 4). This submenu is located on the left of the process window.
