Digital Envelope allows you to configure different documentation in the envelopes of the different lots of the tender if the file has lots used both by procedures with different envelopes and by a single envelope.

To activate the Single Envelope configuration, the “Single Envelope” field must be checked in the electronic bidding configuration space.

When clicked, confirmation of the change is requested. It should be noted, however, that a change in this
option deletes the configuration that you have so far.


If the “Single envelope” option is chosen, the envelope structure is defined in the administrative, technical and
and economical. If any of the parts are not needed, they can be left unfilled, without adding any
documentation in that section.

This option cannot be changed once the file is published in the tender announcement phase.
