If you have already received the confirmation communication for registration to the e-NOTUM service:
- You must publish the access URL for citizens and companies receiving notifications on your entity's corporate website. (More information: What is the URL of the e-NOTUM that we must have published on our website? )
- The EACAT User Manager of your organization must register users who need to access with the e-NOTUM service permissions. you need . Two different roles can be defined:
- Employee : will be able to create/view notifications in the department they are assigned to and view daily reports. They will not be able to view or search for notifications from departments they are not assigned to.
- Manager : will take care of all the configuration of the entity and departments of each entity. Therefore, this role will be able to modify the data of their organization and create departments, create notification templates and resource footers and finally assign users with the Employee role to the departments that belong within their entity. (More information: e-NOTUM Configuration ). Managers do not have access to the content of the notifications if they do not have the Employee role additionally.
