To request the electronic notification service, the procedure to follow is as follows:

If you are an organization of the Generalitat Administration,

  • You must use the e-NOTUM service of the AOC Consortium through the Administrative Integration and Collaboration Platform (PICA) managed by the Office of Processes and Electronic Administration (OPAE). To request the services, you must open a request with the PICA Technical Office (OTPICA) through the Remedy tool.

If you are any other public sector organization in Catalonia, you will find the procedure to request the service, at EACAT Procedures > provider Consortium AOC, CAOC Service – Request for services > Procedure “Request for registration and modification of AOC services” .

It is important that you consider:

  • That the form must be downloaded from the entity requesting the service.
  • That in order to download the registration form, the EACAT user manager must have assigned you permissions for the “CAOC service – Service Request” .
  • That, once the form has been completed and validated, it will need to be signed electronically and sent through the “Send” button on the form itself or through EACAT Procedures > Registration Window .

NOTE: By default, the electronic evidence generated in the process of delivering electronic notifications is signed with a medium-level Electronic Seal Certificate from the AOC Consortium. Optionally, if you want this electronic evidence to be signed with an electronic seal certificate from your entity, you must provide it to us following the instructions you will find in “How can I request an Electronic Seal from the AOC?”
