Generic documentation to join the PCI

To integrate this service with your own platforms, you must do so through the PCI (Platforma de Collaboración Interadministrativa). The PCI is a set of systems and components aimed at total availability of services with guarantees of maximum security in the service and in access to data. • Java client in CXF technology (includes possibility of use with WSSecurity and MTOM):
