Starting from its version 25.05 available since 05/19/2025, the ERES sends a daily notification by email at 8:00 a.m., which informs of pending tasks in the case of:

  • pending records of the work units to which the user belongs. ** Pending entry and exit records from the previous day are included.
  • files with activated alarms: active alarms from the previous day are incorporated.
  • pending tasks close to expiration: pending tasks are included until the day after their expiration.
  • documents pending signature: those from the previous day are included. In this case, the tool will also send an additional email at the time the document is sent for signing.

In the Tools section of the solution, there is a notification control functionality that allows you to activate/deactivate emails sent from ERES. By default, all users will have the sending option enabled.
