The model establishes the need to identify a set of essential benchmarks to guarantee that the methodology is implemented and maintained efficiently and across the organization.

Three profiles are defined:

  • Eset Referent , who coordinates the entire system, manages the organizational chart of the case manager and monitors the indicators.

  • Third-party reference, digitization and registration , which guarantees the quality of the third-party database and the registration.

  • Processing reference , who supervises the catalog of procedures, the use of typologies and consistency in processing.

In smaller organizations, these functions may fall to a single person.
