  • Processer: Initiates the file, incorporates the documentation, formalizes procedures, manages deadlines and requirements, submits proposals and controls compliance with the flow of the procedure.

  • Instructor: He is the functional referent of the procedure within the organization: he promotes the procedure, practices the actions necessary for its processing and coordinates the processing actions with other roles involved,

  • Signatory: Has the authority to sign the generated documents and/or the final resolution.

  • Viewer: Can consult the file, documents and records, but cannot modify data or take actions within the file.

The functions of the role of processor and instructor within a file can fall on the same person.
