Therefore, you will have to fill out the PDF document Request for registration and modification of AOC services where you will have to select the service “Govern obert: SEU-e, My space, Transparency”, and in the Service Modality section select the modalities you wish to register for.

It is important that you consider:

  • That the registration form must be downloaded from the organization requesting the service .
  • That in order to download the registration form, the EACAT user manager must have assigned you permissions for the "AOC – Service Request" service.
  • That, once the form has been completed and validated, it will need to be signed electronically and sent through the “Send” button on the form itself or through EACAT Procedures > Registration Window .
