Therefore, you will have to fill out the PDF document Request for registration and modification of AOC services where you will have to select the service “Decidim Catalunya”.

It is important that you consider:

  • That the service is only available to local authorities in Lleida and Tarragona .

  • That the registration form must be downloaded from the organization requesting the service.

  • That in order to download the registration form, the EACAT user manager must have assigned you permissions for the "AOC – Service Request" service.

  • That, once the form has been completed and validated, it will need to be signed electronically and sent through the “Send” button on the form itself or through EACAT Procedures > Registration Window.

Service considerations

The service is based on the free software Decidim and adherence to its Social Contract is mandatory.

To register, you must have:

  • Internal staff or external support trained in the management of citizen participation initiatives . If this is not the case, please contact the Municipal Assistance Services of your area to resolve this and complete the Basic Course of the service Decidim Catalunya .
  • Promote, within one year of registration, a citizen participation initiative.
  • Adherence to the Social Contract of free software Decidim .

The Provincial Councils of Lleida and Tarragona have support services within the project, please consult your local municipal assistance service if you are interested.

Priority in activating the Service's instances is given to entities with participatory projects already drafted and supported by the municipal assistance services of the provincial councils.
