1. If you belong to a body of the Administration of the Generalitat , contact the organizational unit, or equivalent, of your department who will tell you how to proceed since you must use this service with the Generalitat's own criteria that are given by the Sub-directorate of Innovation and Digital Administration (SIAD), together with the Generalitat's Telecommunications and Information Technologies Center (CTTI). If they confirm that you must request registration for the service, follow the steps indicated in the following point.

2. If you belong to any other public sector organization in Catalonia, you will find the procedure for requesting the service at EACAT > Catalog > Service AOC – Request for services > Procedure Request for registration and modification of AOC services .

It is important that you consider:

  • That the form must be downloaded from the organization requesting the service.

  • To download the registration form, the EACAT user manager must have assigned you permissions for the “AOC service – Service Request”.

  • Once the form has been completed and validated, it must be signed electronically and sent through the “Send” button on the form itself or through EACAT > Registration Window.
