From 27 April 2026 , all contracting authorities with a profile hosted on the Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP) can send notices directly to TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) for publication in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) .

What does integration allow?

Using automatic submission to TED is not mandatory . The integration allows:

  • Send announcements to TED directly from the PSCP of harmonized contracts, without accessing eNotices2.

  • Continue publishing directly to TED and automatically retrieve the information in PSCP.

  • Manage hybrid publications , starting in one tool and continuing in the other.

Announcements that can be sent to TED from PSCP

  • Previous announcement

  • Tender announcement

  • Awarding (minor contracts, based on Framework Agreement, SDA and emergencies)

  • Formalization

  • Execution (modifications art. 205.2.a and 205.2.b LCSP)

  • The amendments published in the aforementioned phases

Individual batch submissions and amendments to advertisements are also permitted.

What should you consider before submitting ads?

  • Administrators must complete the data required by the TED in the contracting profile (type of entity, contracting authority and main activity and address of the entity).

  • The advertisements must incorporate, in addition to Catalan, Spanish or English through the multilanguage functionality of the PSCP.

If one of the languages officially supported by TED (Spanish and English) is selected as the default language, the system will not ask for anything.

However, if you have chosen Catalan or Aranese, then the system requires you to also fill in the information in a second language, Spanish or English.

To fill in the fields in two languages, regardless of the language selected by default at the top (whether this is Catalan or Aranese), you must, from the field in question, click on the highlighted icon below:

How does publishing work?

In the edition of the publications of harmonized contracts, you will find the check indicated in the image in the "Official publications" section. You must activate the option " Activate automatic sending to TED " and publish the announcement:

From the activation of the integration for the announcement of the file in question, the operation will be as follows:

  • The information is validated according to TED requirements.

  • The announcement is published first in the DOUE and later in the PSCP , in accordance with current regulations (Article 135.3 of Law 9/2017). This means that when you perform the “ Publish” action in the PSCP, a validation process is initiated in the TED which, within a maximum of 24 hours, informs you of the publication made in the TED and changes the status to published in the Contractor's Profile.

  • The PSCP shows the status of the procedure at all times and sends automatic notifications by email to the validators.

Monitoring and control

Users with the role of administrator or validator can consult the “List of submissions to TED” , with details of the data sent, responses received and possible validation errors from the PSCP Publications Manager, from the console that is enabled for this purpose.
