Here are the contact details of some of the main administrations:

• City Councils, County Councils and Provincial Councils: contact them through their electronic headquarters.
• Generalitat: contact them via 012 or the Gencat website.
• Universities: contact them through their electronic headquarters.
• General State Administration: contact them via 060 or the AGE website.

La Meva Salut allows access with username and password, but we recommend getting idCAT Mòbil for access.

If you have questions related to the “La Meva Salut” app, visit the Help page of "La Meva Salut" or call 061 where they can help you with issues related to your username and password.

If you see the following error: “The provided credentials do not allow completing the authentication process,” please contact La Meva Salut.
