The BOE is published every day of the year, except Sundays.
If a publication date has been chosen that falls within three working days of the day the submission is sent, the TEU will assign the most optimal possible date and, in the event that the date proposed by the entity cannot be respected, the system returns a message informing of this contingency. This warning message can be consulted in the notification announcement management environment (v. 2.3 , point 4d ), is purely informative and, in no case, warns of the impossibility of publishing the announcement for this reason. In the event that, due to a defect in form, the announcement is returned, the BOE sends an email to the address provided in the form for creating a new announcement (v. 2.5 , point 14 ) explaining the reason for the return (v. 3.9 ). If any clarification is necessary in this regard, please send an email to tablon.edictal@boe.es .
