1. What is it?

L'Processing space is the place where your entity's inter-administrative procedures to which you have access are managed. The procedures are classified into different trays: trays for completed procedures i trays for procedures that have not yet been completed.

2. What requirements do you need to access-hi?

You need to have the basic permission assigned within EACAT Tràmits.

The permissions you have as a a user a for all EACAT services, including EACAT Tràmits, will be displayed in a l'Personal space.

Access a EACAT > Press the file_copy icon in the menu on the l left.

4. What structure does it have?

L'Processing space includes the following elements:

  1. Trays to organize paperwork
  2. Favorite searches , to speed up your most frequent searches.

    The search engine search i the advanced search tunes with the filters you will find a the filter bar i some more.
    You can also consult the Search Criteria , with information and tips to make your search more efficient.
  3. Filter bar , where you will find the following filters:
    • Period , which allows you to select a start date i an end date for the period; include l'time a the search, if applicable; i select l'order in which I want the results.
    • Shared with me , indicates the procedures for the files that I have shared.
    • Responsible , with the options: All/I am responsible/I am not responsible
    • Sender/Receiver/Interested Party , depending on the selected tray Received/Sent/Received i Sent . Allows you to search by the name of l'entity o by the Official Statistical Code of l'entity.
    • Service , to which the procedures we are looking for belong.
    • Advanced Search button, with all the filters mentioned i and some more to territorialize the result.
  4. Results , which is the list of procedures that meet the established search criteria.
  • Exporting results , from the ... icon, you can export search results to a .csv file.

When you select a result procedure , you have access to the following options:

    • Tservice title
    • Entity issuing the procedure
    • Núm. of file in your entity
    • If you click on any of these fields, the l'file detail appears. You can also access it from the icon ...
  2. l'file procedures , appear to you in order i with the basic registration information (núm. of registration in our entity, date, time, name of the procedure i subject, if applicable)
  3. Procedure information
    • Processing history low_priority , shows the procedures prior to the selected i and their responses.
    • Registration information : núnumber, date i time
    • Name of l'issuing entity
    • Name of l'receiving entity
    • Procedure details arrow_drop_down , with the following registration information:
      • From: entity issuing the procedure.
      • For a: entity receiving the procedure.
      • Date i time: date i time when the procedure was registered in the corresponding register.
      • Check-in:
      • Check-out
      • Case ID
      • Procedure ID
    • Name of the procedure i subject, if applicable
    • Additional functions regarding the procedure:
      • Download the procedure documentation
      • See the attached documentation
      • Consult the l'history of status changes of the l'file, by pressing the icon
      • Link to access a the viewing of l'file a l'EACAT Classic.
      • Respond, by clicking on the button that you will only find when the procedure has an answer.

5. What are the procedure trays?

The trays are used to organize the procedures to which you have access. We can group them into:

  • Trays with completed procedures:
    • Inbox receipts , contains the procedures that your entity has received, that is, the entries.
    • Sent outbox_alt , there are the procedures that your entity has sent, it is a that is, the outgoings.
    • Received i sent file_copy , groups the procedures that your entity has received i sent, that is, the entries a and the exits.
  • Trays with procedures pending completion , which are currently being sent to us by a EACAT Clàsic so that they can be completed.
    • Drafts , contains the procedures you have created i that you are still working on.
    • To sign draw , it contains the procedures pending signing.
    • In queue, it contains the procedures that have not yet been completed due to technical issues.

6. What is the search engine used for?

The search engine provides lquick access rto the procedures you have already processed iallows you to efficiently search for any specific information you need.

L'Processing space has two types of search engine:

  • The search engine , which allows you to search by entering keywords related to the procedure you are looking for. You can select that the search be carried out on one of the following fields: subject, núregistration number, núfile number i procedure identifier.
  • The advanced tune search engine, which allows you to perform more precise searches using various filters.

To get more accurate i relevant results, use both search engines i the filters in the filter bar.

When we talk about search engine, we always refer to the search engine by the words l'Processing space. Whenever we talk about the advanced search engine, we will specify it.

7. What is the function of the filter bar?

The filter bar is used to limit the number of results, making it easier for you to search for the procedure you need. The filter bar contains most of the filters available in the advanced search engine, which are:

  • Period today , which allows you to select a start date i and an end date; include l'time i select l'order in which I want the results.
  • Shared with me group , which indicates the files that have been shared with me.
  • Responsible account_circle , is a drop-down filter with the options: all, I am responsible for i I am not responsible for l'file.
  • Folder service to which the procedure belongs.
  • Issuer/Receiver/Interested party account_balance : we use these terms to refer to the entity involved in a procedure, depending on the tray in which we are working:
    • A the Receipts tray, the Issuer is l the entity that sends the procedure.
    • A the Sent tray, Receiving is l the entity that receives it.
    • A the tray of Receipts i Sent, Interested party is l'entity that can issue o receive the procedure.

You can also access a Advanced Search from the filter bar, where you will find additional drop-down filters such as:

  • Territorial demarcation , which is the territorial scope of the entity issuing the procedure.
  • Region a to which l'issuing entity of the procedure belongs.

If you select any of the options in these last filters, they will appear in the filter bar. If you are not interested in them, you can close them from the same bar.

Only procedures from the last 6 months are shown. To consult previous procedures, modify the period using the search options o click the "Show previous 6 months" button, which you will find at the end of the search results.

For now, you can only search for completed procedures, which are in the Received, Sent o Received i Sent trays. Later, you will also be able to search for unfinished procedures (draft i trays for signing).

8. What are favorite searches?

This new feature allows you to save and quickly access queries about procedures that you perform frequently. This simplifies accessing recurring procedures, so you don't have to search manually every time you need to consult a specific procedure.

You can save up to a 10 searches. When you reach the maximum, if you want to save-ne one again, you will have to delete-ne one from the list first.

9. What actions can you take on the files?

Each procedure is associated with a file. After selecting a procedure, either from the information part of the file or from the ... icon, you can go to the detail sheet of the file and perform the following actions:

  • View basic information :
    • Service name
    • Recipient
    • Núnumber of l'file in your entity
  • Download l' file download
  • Share file group with another user.
  • Assign responsible account_circle
  • See visibility of the service file

From the icon you will be able to view:

  • History of status changes.

10. What actions can you take regarding the procedures?

When selecting a procedure you can perform several actions.

From the ... icon, you can:

  • Respond, also from the procedure.
  • Download documentation for the procedure download , also from the procedure.
  • Show l' low_priority processing history, also from the same process.
  • Print the procedure print

From the procedure you can also perform the following actions:

  • See the details of the procedure with the registration information
  • Download / view the procedure documentation
  • Access a the visualization of the procedure a l'EACAT Classic
  • If applicable, the possibility of responding to the procedure

I, from the left side, under the l'file information, you can:

  • See the list of procedures that make up the l'file, with the basic information: Núnumber, date i registration time, name of the procedure i l'subject.

11. Can you export the results of a search?

Sí, by clicking a the ... > Export results (.csv) icon, you will download l' result.csv file
This file has the following fields:

  • Process_id
  • Case_id
  • Procedure
  • Service
  • Origin_entity
  • Destination_entity
  • Subject
  • Login_Registration
  • Output_record
