1. Who is the manager of the entity?
This is the person responsible for maintaining users and assigning permissions to inter-administrative processing services and AOC services that do not have a specific manager.
2. What does the entity's manager do?
The entity's manager can carry out the following tasks in the different administration areas:
In the Services administration AOC settings > General and Users account_circle
View the entity's data.
Search for users.
View and filter the entity's user list.
Create users.
Export the list of users.
Edit the general data or the Register of Authorized Civil Servants (RFH) of each user
Activate, deactivate or delete users
Manage permissions for AOC services, including EACAT Procedures, that do not have a specific person responsible for the service, for each user.
View the permissions of the AOC services, which have a manager or person in charge different from the entity's manager.
View audit data for each user.
To the administration of EACAT Procedures settings
Activate mailboxes.
View the list of users of the entity and filter them.
View the user's data.
View the user's permissions.
Export users.
View the list of services and filter them.
View the service listing in the Catalog.
Export services.
Create mailboxes.
Delete mailboxes.
Edit mailbox name.
Export users and services from a mailbox.
Import users and services into a mailbox.
Assign users to a mailbox.
Add services to a mailbox.
3. How can you find out who the managers of your entity are?
In the navigation bar, click on the entity's avatar > Personal space account_circle > Managers and you will see the list of managers or service managers that your entity has activated within EACAT. You will also be able to contact a specific manager.

4. What types of managers are there?
There are 2 types of managers:
Managers of the entity , who are responsible for users and the assignment of permissions to EACAT Procedures and to those services AOC that do not have a specific manager or manager.
Managers or specific managers of the AOC services . For example, those responsible for interoperability (of the Via Oberta service) or those responsible for the digital certification service, provided that your entity has activated these AOC services.
It is advisable to have more than one user managing the entity or specific to each service AOC to guarantee continuous management in the event of absences or holidays.
5. How can you register a new entity manager?
Go to Administration > services AOC settings > Users account_circle > select a specific user > Services AOC > expand the permissions for EACAT Procedures > activate the Entity Management switch.
Only users who have the Entity Management permission can assign this permission to other users of their entity, these are the EACAT Procedures managers. In the case of the specific managers or people responsible for the AOC services, it is the AOC Consortium who registers them.
6. What does a manager or specific person responsible for a AOC service do?
The specific manager or person responsible for a AOC service manages the permissions for that service, if applicable, and may have other specific functions for the service.
