You can find the procedures in the catalog search engine from the EACAT home screen or by accessing the catalog icon in the left menu.

Search tips:

For more accurate results, follow these search tips:

  • Use relevant keywords.
  • Choose uncommon words to refine your search.
  • If a word gives you results that don't interest you, remove it.
  • Filter by "Services" to narrow down the results.
  • Use advanced search to refine even further.
  • If you can't find an old service, it may be unpublished.

There are two ways to view the Catalog: before searching and after searching .

1. Before searching

You see the initial view of the published Catalog which contains:

  • Search bar , where you can search for words or do an advanced search by pressing tune

  • Pre-activated filters : On time and I am the recipient

  • Search tips , to improve results.

  • Featured sections :

    • Procedures about to be completed

    • Favorite services

    • New services published

    • Generic services

You can return to this initial view by pressing the book icon in the side menu.

2. After searching

2.1 No results

There are no services or procedures that meet the conditions.

2.2 With results

When there are procedures and services with the established conditions, you will find by default:

  • Published catalog (you can change to unpublished).

  • Search bar , with the advanced search icon tune , showing a number with the selected filters. By default, there are three active filters: All , Due , and I am the recipient . If you add more, the number increases.

  • Filter bar with filters:

    • All/Services/Formalities

      • All

      • Services

      • Procedures , if you select it the filters appear:

        • Initials , which are the procedures that initiate a file and that can be processed from the Catalog.

        • About to end , if you previously selected On time from the Time drop-down filter.

    • Deadline :

      • All

      • On time

      • Out of time

      • On hold

    • Lender (select the entity).

    • Recipient , with the options:

      • All

      • I am the recipient.

      • I am not the recipient.

  • Advanced search is the button that allows you to go directly to an advanced search, in which you will find the same filters as in the filter bar and in addition: Typology and Topic/Subtopic , which when selected appear in the filter bar and can be deactivated.
    Procedures that are out of time or on hold cannot be processed.

  • Number of results , allows you to see how they decrease as you apply filters and refine your search./li>

  • The search results list is a set of services and procedures, because All is selected, by default .

    • Title

    • Icon to add bookmark_add / delete bookmark favorites (if you have selected Servicessave favorite service >, delete it, which only appears when you select Services instead of All .

    • Lender

    • Initial procedures, which only appears when selecting Procedures instead of All ; when pressed, the initial procedures are displayed and next to them the Start procedure button, if applicable.

    • Typology, theme and subtheme

  • File of the first search result , with information about the service and procedure.

If you select a service from the results, the corresponding service file appears; however, if it is a procedure, the service file and also the procedure file appear.

The information in the content sheets is in:

  • Service file , (you can expand with Read all) and you will see:

    • Title

    • Bookmark_add service save icon

    • Lender

    • Processing period: Start and End

    • Who carries out the procedure (recipient/provider)

    • Description

    Available procedures and button to start them, if applicable.

    • Recipients

    • Objectives

    • Typology

    • Topic and subtopic/li>

  • The procedure sheet , (you can expand it with Read all) and you will see:

    • Title

    • Deadline (on deadline, about to end, overdue or on hold).

    • Procedure (initial or response)

    • Processing period: Start and End

    • Who carries out the procedure: the recipient entity or the lender .

    • Button to start it, if applicable

    • Content:

      • Description

      • How to do it

    • Answers, where you will find the response procedures.

The alert system informs you if you do not have access to a service or procedure and allows you to request access to it from your manager. In exceptional cases, a service or procedure in the published Catalogue may not be visible by decision of the entity providing the service.
