User registration in the RPC

In order to register a user with an Editor profile in the RPC, the Entity Administrator must access the 'Users' section:

In this section there is a user search engine a through which the l'administrator will be able to verify if the l'user is not already registered a l'organization. In case it is necessary to create a l'user from scratch, it must be done-from the “new user” button on this same screen.

At this point the user registration screen will load.

On this screen you must provide the following information about the new user:

  • NIF (without blank spaces o separation signs)
  • Name i surnames
  • Profile that l'user will have in the RPC
  • Email

The field indicating that luser is active must be checked, as it is by default. i click a Save.

Associate body a l'user

Once the new user has been registered, it is necessary to associate a this a l'contracting body so that they can access a l'tool i and perform the functions of the corresponding role. To do this, you must access a l'section “User bodies”.

This screen also has a search engine (to see which users are associated with l'organization o or which profiles an existing user is associated with).

Select from the list of users of l'organization a the one you want to associate, choose the profile (by default the profile assigned to a l'user a l'previous section “Users” appears, all i which can be changed to allow adding more than one profile a l'user (repeating this operation for a each profile a to associate).

In the Organizations field (level 2) the organizations that depend on l'level 1 organization appear, in the event that there are other entities under the hierarchy of l'contracting body (p.ex: city council i its dependent entities).

Finally, it is necessary to inform the start and end dates of the validity of the l'association of the l'user with the l'organization.

  • The start date will be the one on which l'user must be able to access a l'tool with that role.
  • The end date, by default, will be 12/31/2030. In the event that the l'user profile must have a shorter validity, a different date can be indicated, but it must be taken into account that a starting from the same, it will not be possible to access this role a l'tool .
User registration in RPC

To cancel a user, the l'Entity Administrator must search (by NIF o name) l'user who wants to cancel i once inside their data sheet, uncheck this field “Active user”.

Reactivating users in RPC

When registering users in the RPC, the start date and end date of validity must be reported, as shown in the following image:

If this expiration date arrives, i l'user must still continue to be able to access the RPC as a a user. Reactivation will need to be requested since it will not appear as a a registered user. a l'organization i when trying to associate - it will display the message:
