The account recovery key is essential to regain access to the platform and personal data in the event of forgetting the password. For this reason, the account activation email indicates that the first step is to obtain this key and save it safely.

If you have already activated your account, you can retrieve your account recovery key directly from step 3 .

From the activation email, the steps to take would be:

1. Click on the activation link you received in the email.

2. Set password

3. Access the “preferences” section at the top right of the screen.

4. At the bottom of the preferences screen, click the Account Recovery Key button.

5. The system will ask you to enter your password.

6. The system will show you your Account Recovery Key, which you should save safely for future account recoveries if necessary.
