If you don't remember your password, you can recover it from the app's home screen.
In order to set a new password, you will need the account recovery key that you saved in a safe place during the user activation process. You must have this key on hand before starting the process. If you do not have the recovery key, you will have to open a request so that the system administrator can manage it. |
First, click the Forgot your password? button on the login screen.
Then enter your username or email.
Once requested, the system reports that an email has been sent to the email address provided.
The email you received includes your username and a link to generate a new password. Click the link to continue the process.
It is at this point that you will be asked for your account recovery key. Insert it and press the Submit button.
When you validate the key, the system will invite you to enter a new password that you will need to confirm and save.
With this last step, you will have a new password and you will be able to access normally.
The account recovery key will remain the same as you initially had, you do not need to download it again.
