For security reasons, invitations are not sent automatically.

When creating the recipient person , once you have clicked Add, you will find the user person created in the system:


Invite the recipient by expanding the options by clicking the name of the person you want to invite and then click the "Send an activation link" button to send them an invitation to manage the Alert Channel.
