To see what procedures you have available, you must enter the Procedures catalog from the editing environment:

Once inside you will see the entire set of procedures parameterized with their main characteristics:

  • Visibility , if it is visible to the public
  • Featured , shows the procedure as first options
  • Own procedure , being those procedures not defined by default and created by users within the catalog.
  • Personalized, identifies those default procedures that have been modified by a user.

You can also see if any of the procedures are in “draft” status.

Draft procedures are those procedure files that for some reason do not have the complete content and it is necessary to resume editing them later. Therefore, all those files that have been saved as “DRAFT” will be displayed in the procedure catalog with a specific label. It should be remembered that to eliminate the DRAFT status of a procedure, you will need to enter the file editing mode and publish it with the “PUBLICA” button.

At the management level, those procedure files that are not visible will have the “visible” box marked in red, and the entire outline will be highlighted in gray, as can be seen in the following image:

If you want to know how the catalog of procedures that the solution offers by default is evolving, consult the FAQ What is the standard catalog of procedures of e-TRAM 2.0? (June 2025) .

Finally, from the same procedure catalog you can also choose to create your own procedure sheets:
