The electronic invoicing service of the AOC Consortium offers an alert system to entities that have integrated their accounting software into e-FACT . These alerts are sent to the mailbox indicated in the e.FACT registration form in the “Email address for receiving alerts” section.
These alerts inform the entity if it has files ( invoices, attachments and statements ) pending download and incorporation into its accounting systems. Specifically, the alert message is generated if files that have not been downloaded by the entity for more than 12 hours are detected in the e-FACT mailbox .
In this way, the user entity is alerted that there is a possible issue in its software that is preventing new invoices, statements or attached files from being collected.
How can it be solved?
If you receive these alerts, you should contact your accounting software provider to review your entity's FTP and verify that there is no issue that is preventing these files from being downloaded. Keep in mind that these files must be collected (downloaded) by your accounting software and once downloaded, they must be deleted ( if the files are only downloaded and not deleted, e-FACT will continue to send reminders ).
