It is the starting point that allows understanding how the entity works and what adjustments will need to be made to adapt it to the model.

It should consider, at a minimum:

  • The structure and functioning of the organization: to identify work units, responsibilities and existing circuits.

  • The state of document management: to know the degree of organization and digitalization, as well as the maturity of document management instruments.

  • The procedures to analyze how they are currently processed and determine where Eset's generic flows need to be incorporated.

  • The information systems and integrations available: to ensure that the technological infrastructure can support the model.

  • Coordination and internal relations: to detect critical points, dependencies and transversal improvement needs.
