How to request the service

The organization must adhere to the Interoperability Framework Agreement. You can find details about adherence at the following link.

On the other hand, you should consult the Via Oberta service letters that you will find classified by data providers. If you access them, you will see the list of available services with the information necessary to request those that interest you most according to the administrative management areas of your organization.

NOTE : if you belong to an organization of the Administration of the Generalitat, you must access through the Administrative Integration and Collaboration Platform (PICA) managed by the Office of Processes and Electronic Administration (OPAE). To request it, you must contact requeridors.otpica.ctti@gencat.cat .

Request for services

All of the following services are requested through a single form in which the request is made through an administrative procedure. From the following link, you can access the request form for the Via Oberta services located at EACAT .

The only data requested through its own form is that of the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT) since this requires us to formalize a series of special requirements. In 'EACAT you will also find the form to request the services of Via Oberta that come from the AEAT.

In the event that you want to use your organization's registry to obtain flyers (what is called OV Pròpia ), you must consult the section "Registry data of the Municipal Population Registers (PMH)".
