At AOC we can help you with the idCAT Certificate.

If you have questions about the procedure you are carrying out, please contact the institution managing it.

Here are the contact details of some of the main public administrations:

• City Councils, County Councils, and Provincial Councils: contact them through their electronic offices.
• Government of Catalonia (Generalitat): contact them by calling 012 or visiting the Gencat website.
• Universities: contact them through their electronic offices.
• General State Administration: contact them by calling 060 or visiting the AGE website.

If your question is not about an AOC tool or service, we won’t be able to offer support.

If your question is about other AOC tools (electronic notifications, invoices, representations, etc.), visit the AOC Support Portal and select the tool you need support for.

We have currently detected an incompatibility between Adobe Acrobat and the new idCAT Certificate technology, which may cause errors when signing.

The idCAT certificate is correct and valid, but Adobe does not yet fully support its technology.

Temporarily, until Adobe resolves this issue, it is recommended to sign PDFs using the option "Sign by directly selecting the digital certificate file (.pfx)" explained in How to sign a PDF with idCAT Certificate, or to use other tools such as AOC's SignaSuite.
