If you have questions about the procedure you are carrying out, contact the organization managing it.

- Government of Catalonia: contact via 012 or the Gencat website.
- Universities: contact them through their electronic offices.
- General State Administration: contact via 060 or the AGE website.
La Meva Salut allows access with a username and password, but we recommend obtaining the idCAT Mòbil to log in.
If you have questions related to the “La Meva Salut” app, visit the La Meva Salut Help page or call 061, where they can assist you with issues related to the app’s login credentials.
If you see the following error: “The credentials provided do not allow the authentication process to be completed,” contact La Meva Salut.
