If you need to complete a procedure urgently and you do not yet have idCAT Mòbil, you have these options:

• Registration with TIE (residence card) and health card: If you have a TIE and the Catalan individual health card, you can complete the immediate online registration with TIE.
• Registration with Spanish DNI and health card: If you have a Spanish DNI and the Catalan individual health card, you can complete the immediate online registration with DNI.
• In-person registration By registering at an office, you ensure it will be issued immediately Check the in-person offices.
• If you do not have TIE/DNI or a health card: you can register via video identification, but it may take up to 48 hours to become effective because it requires operator validation. Therefore, in urgent cases, we recommend in-person registration (Check the in-person offices.). To register via video identification, you can follow the steps in the idCAT Mòbil registration assistant.

• Government of Catalonia: contact via 012 or the Gencat website.
• Universities: contact them through their electronic offices.
• General State Administration: contact via 060 or the AGE website.

La Meva Salut allows access with a username and password, but we recommend obtaining the idCAT Mòbil to log in.

If you have questions related to the “La Meva Salut” app, visit the La Meva Salut Help page or call 061, where they can assist you with issues related to the app’s login credentials.

If you see the following error: “The credentials provided do not allow the authentication process to be completed,” contact La Meva Salut.
