The ERES 2.0 Service allows you to attach documents to both records and files, using the integration option with the Via Oberta service. The details of how the functionality works are explained below:

Important: you must take into account the following prerequisites to be able to use it:

  • It is necessary that the user organization of the ERES is authorized to consume data from any Via Oberta service. Only queries may be made from services that the organization has authorized in Via Oberta.
  • Additionally, the user of ERES who makes the query must have permissions in EACAT for the Via Oberta service. ERES automatically retrieves the permissions from the Platform (EACAT) and will deny the query if they are not enabled there.

From the option to attach documents to the ERES (both from the registration module and from the files module):

Registration:

File:

The window opens to enter the document data. In this case, the ERES user must select:

  • Format: Via Oberta
  • Type : list of document types. The user must select the corresponding one.

Once this data has been identified, you can press the Accept button and the authorizations available in ERES will then be displayed. In this case, it is necessary to take into account selecting only the service and modality for which the organization and the user are authorized to consume through Via Oberta. Otherwise, the query will give a permissions error.

Press “Next”

On the next screen you must identify the data to identify the person on whom the query is being made. Each service may require different data (e.g.: the NIF).

By default, the identification document of the interested person in the record/file can be selected from the right selector of the “Identifying document” field. It can also be added manually in the left header of the same field.

By pressing next, the service starts the query for integration with Via Oberta.

The next step is to obtain the document from the corresponding service. A message similar to the one below will appear.

Press “Finish” and then save the record/file in ERES.

Next, the document retrieved from Via Oberta will be shown as an attachment.

  • Registration:

  • File:

Depending on the responses defined by each of the authorized services, modalities and completions, a red message may be displayed as a response indicating that no data exists for the requested person. In these cases, no document will be added to the register or file.
