Eset is an integrated electronic processing model that acts as a territorial reference standard for digital administration in Catalonia.

This methodology has been defined with the strategic collaboration between the AOC Consortium and the four provincial governments (Barcelona, Girona, Lleida and Tarragona). Its mission is to accompany local entities, especially those with smaller populations, in the transition towards full digital management, guaranteeing strict compliance with laws 39/2015 and 40/2015.

It establishes essential elements and good practices that guarantee the following benefits:
