The functional changes respond to the adaptation to a more complete model of digital administration and mainly affect document classification, file management and the way in which information is visualized and named.

  • Use of the Document Classification Table (QdC) that best suits each entity, with three options:

    • QdC of the Generalitat de Catalunya for Local Administrations (QdCAL)

    • QdC Eset is extensive, with expanded series and designed for medium-sized municipalities.

    • QdC Eset simplified, with essential series and aimed at small municipalities.

  • Use of the Documentary Typology Framework (QTD) that best fits the needs of the entity, with two options:

    • Table of types and documents of the Generalitat of Catalonia

    • QTD of the model, revised and expanded to improve the classification of electronic documents.

  • The use of generic procedures is maintained for all non-configured files, and the possibility of using guided or assisted procedures is incorporated when the organization determines it.

  • The visualization states are contemplated so that citizens, as interested persons, can consult the status of their files from the Citizen Folder, in accordance with criteria aimed at guaranteeing transparency and facilitating their understanding.

  • Update the criteria for naming files and documents across the entire organization and in a way that is understandable to citizens, in accordance with archival and data protection recommendations.
