  • Established the Driving Team and designated referents, who ensure active leadership, control and coordination of the model.

  • Approved document management tools.

  • The Register of Skilled Officials approved and published.

  • The correctly configured technological system, including the organizational chart, roles and work units, document classification table, document typology table, etc.

  • Trained staff, especially in Eset methodology and administrative procedures.

  • Integrations with AOC services are active, to ensure complete and interoperable processing.

Once these elements are operational, the organization can begin processing following the Eset model with guarantees of efficiency, security and coherence.
